SPOKANE, WA — Following extensive research spanning several years, a newly published report has found that the act of changing from pajama sweatpants into work-from-home sweatpants every morning is completely unnecessary, and ultimately not even worth it.
“What’s even the point?” asks the groundbreaking study. “It’s not like anyone can see what we’re wearing over Zoom anyway. Who cares anymore?”
The report highlighted several key findings, including that while the pajama sweatpants were generally older and in worse shape, they actually aren’t that bad, and if we’re being honest, are way more comfortable.
“It’s easy to act like work sweatpants are more professional, but the truth is they’re still just sweatpants,” reads the report. “It’s time we stop kidding ourselves.”
Researchers also suggested preliminary evidence indicates that it probably isn’t worth getting out of bed in the morning either since you could just use your laptop from there, though further investigation is needed.
