Biden Touts US-Made Microchips As 'Great With Tiny Sandwiches'
PHOENIX, AZ — During his tour of a semiconductor factory in Arizona’s capital city, President Joe Biden told reporters that US-made microchips are the best in the world, and “great with tiny sandwiches.”
“Those little finger sandwiches, for instance,” Mr. Biden continued. “You don’t need a full-size chip. Microchips, folks. Microchips. Smaller sandwich, smaller chip.”
The president also used the occasion to tout the quality of goods made-in-America.
“We’re the hardest working country in the world,” he said. “We’re the land of innovation, and we can make the best, smallest microchips in the world. Even for the tiniest of sandwiches.”
